February 1, 2013: Arizona A ranked 1st in the first NCVF Polls.
January 16,2013: Arizona A finished 1st in the Pre-Conference Tournament in Las Vegas. Arizona A went 6-0 that weekend and defeated Oshkosh in the finals: 25-23, 25-27, 16-14
October 20, 2012 - The University of Arizona has scheduled a home tournament over the weekend of November 16th and 17th, which will include a marquee group play 5-set match in McKale Center against Illinois on Friday night. Friday nights event will coincide with the University of Arizona Women's team match against Colorado. The women play at 7:00 and the men's match will follow. Come out and support your wildcats for a great night of volleyball!
September 26, 2012 - The University of Arizona has scheduled the San Diego State tournament on the weekend of November 10th. The tournament is over homecoming weekend at the U of A, but both teams are looking forward to a rare first semester ranking tournament.
August 14th, 2012 - Open gyms and tryout times have been finalized. There will be three open gyms prior to tryouts on Wednesday, September 5th, Sunday, September 9th and Monday September 10th, all from 6-8 PM in the North Gym at the Rec Center. Tryouts will be Wednesday, September 12th, Sunday, September 16th, and Monday, September 17th, again all from 6-8 PM in the North Gym at the Rec Center. There is a tryout fee of $5 per session for all players.
April 23rd, 2012 - Club officers met with the administration and are making progress on finalizing a practice schedule for next season. Classes begin on August 20th, and open gyms will hopefully be in the 2nd & 3rd week of school, with tryouts following. Tryouts will be a 3 day process. More information to come.
